The principal activities of the Group include the provision of fast food services, the production and selling of biological assets and the manufacture and selling of household commodities. The divisions are as follows Fast foods (Bakers Inn, Chicken Inn, Creamy Inn, Nando's and Pizza Inn, among others) Retail and distribution (Distribution Group Africa, Innscor Credit Retail, Kodak Photo and the Spar franchised outlets); Agro-processing (Niloticus and Colcom Holdings) and Manufacturing (Bakeries, National Foods and appliance manufacturing).

NOTE: Shares of Innscor Africa Limited have been delisted from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) since close of trading on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Innscor Africa was traded on the ZSE under the ticker symbol “INN”. Innscor Africa Limited was the second most valuable stock on the ZSE with a market capitalization of ZiG 460 billion, which made about 13.9% of the entire Zimbabwe Stock Exchange equity market at the time of delisting.
