First Mutual Properties Limited (previously Pearl Mutual Properties Limited) is a Zimbabwean property investment, development and management company. The company has an existing portfolio covering commercial and retail properties in the major towns of Zimbabwe including about 117,250 square meters of lettable space made up of office parks, retail shops, commercial and industrial space. Additionally, the company owns office parks, high-rise buildings in CBDs, retail, industrial premises, warehouses, and residential trading stock of 2/3 bedroom garden flats on a land area of 1923 square metres in Avondale, Harare.
