The company's operations in Uganda were revived in 1992 by the formation of Jubilee Insurance Company of Uganda together with Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development, International Finance Corporation, and the Development Finance Company of Uganda Limited. Jubilee Insurance is one of the leading insurance companies in Uganda.
