UPDC Plc (formerly UACN Property Development Company) is an institutional property company, founded in 1997, and listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1998. The company has a solid track record in the acquisition, development, sale, and management of a diverse mix of commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail assets across Nigeria.

UPDC is a wholly indigenous, property development company in the Nigerian real estate market. The company operated first as a department, then as a division of UAC of Nigeria Plc until 1997 when the business was incorporated as a public limited liability company and listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. UPDC now focuses its energies on the premium real estate market of carefully selected cities in Nigeria. It acquires, develops, sells, leases, and manages choice residential and commercial real estate. UPDC is the parent company of UPDC Hotels Limited and also jointly owns Manor Gardens Property Development Company Limited.
