Skye Shelter Fund is Nigeria's first publicly quoted Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The fund is dedicated to the development and acquisition of stock of properties in select locations across the country. In addition, Skye Shelter Fund make opportunistic investments in joint venture developments, which are done in partnership with developers on case-by-case bases at the discretion of the trustees and fund managers.
