LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc, formerly Omoluabi Mortgage Bank Plc, is a primary mortgage institution that is regulated by the Other Financial Institutions Department of the Central Bank. The bank was put in place by the Government of Osun State to offer banking products, mortgage facilities, fund management, and treasury services. The company was incorporated on March 9, 1993 as Osun Building Society Limited and commenced operations on April 1, 1999. In 2014, LivingTrust listed its shares on the Alternative Securities Market (ASeM) of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE); emerging the first company to do so.

In 2019, Cititrust Financial Services (CFS) Group Plc invested into LivingTrust Mortgage Bank and became the majority shareholder, setting the stage for the bank to be more competitive with a wider coverage in its service delivery. Current major shareholding blocks are held by the Osun State Government, 31 Local Governments in Osun State, and two major institutional investors.
