The Kenya Power and Lighting Co. Plc 4% Preference Shares (KPLC-P4) are the 4% cumulative preference shares issued by KPLC at a nominal value of KSh 20 per share. The national grid is operated as an integral network linked by a 220 kilowatts and 132 kilowatts transmission network.
