In April 2014, Trans Century Ltd announced that its subsidiary Safari Rail Company Limited has sold its entire stake equaling to 34% in in Rift Valley Railways (RVR), the national rail operator of Kenya and Uganda, to Africa Railways, a subsidiary of Citadel Capital.
