Jubilee Holdings Ltd is a Kenya-based investment holding company. The Company transacts all classes of general and long term insurance business through its subsidiaries: the Jubilee Insurance Company of Kenya Limited, the Jubilee Insurance Company of Uganda Limited, the Jubilee Insurance Company of Tanzania Limited and Jubilee Insurance (Mauritius) Ltd. The Company's insurance business is structured into two main divisions: Short-term (general) business and Long-term (life) business. Short-term business relates to all categories of insurance business. Long-term business relates to the underwriting of life risks related to insured persons, the issue of investment contracts and the administration of pension funds. The Company also owns investment companies in Uganda, Tanzania and Burundi, and a fund management company in Kenya, namely Jubilee Financial Services Limited. The Company has operations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Mauritius.
