Britam Holdings Limited, formerly known as British-American Investments Company Ltd, is a diversified financial services company based in Kenya. The company, founded in 1965 and now commonly known as Britam, is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, with subsidiaries in Uganda, South Sudan, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi, and Mozambique. The flagship company of the group is the British-American Insurance Company (Kenya) Limited, commonly referred to by its brand name Britam Kenya. In 2011, Britam listed its shares on the Nairobi Securities Exchange.

Britam operates in the following four segments: Long Term Insurance: protection of customers against the risk of premature death, disability, critical illness and other accidents; Life Insurance: a range of products including unit linked products, education plans, whole life plans, and other conventional products; Short Term Insurance: protection of assets, particularly properties, for both personal and commercial business; Asset Management: discretionary and/or segregated portfolio management services, wealth management services, as well as unit trust funds.
