Its other subsidiaries include Bamburi Cement Ltd, Uganda, HimCem Holdings Limited, Diani Estate Limited, Kenya Cement Marketing Ltd, Portland Mines Limited and Seruji Management Limited. Bamburi is a subsidiary of Lafarge Group.
