AXA Mansard Insurance is a member of the AXA Group, the worldwide leader in insurance and asset management with 166,000 employees serving over 100 million clients in 64 countries. Mansard is rated B+ by A.M. Best (2016) for Financial Strength.

AXA Mansard Insurance operates three subsidiaries: AXA Mansard Health Limited, AXA Mansard Investments Limited, and AXA Mansard Pensions Limited. Through these subsidiary companies, Mansard offers life and non-life insurance products and services to individuals and institutions across Nigeria. Additionally, the company provides asset and investment management services, medical insurance solutions, and pension fund administration.

    what happen to share reconstruction of axa mansard insurance and what is the percentage formula do they applied now

      The Mansard share reconstruction completed on September 27, 2021. The shares outstanding have been reduced from 36 billion to 9 billion, meaning every 4 shares are now compacted into 1, raising the share price from 50 kobo to 2 naira. So to know your current number of shares, divide the old number of shares by 4.
