Japaul's shareholders consists of over 25,000 Nigerians as the company aims to place at least 60% of marine assets in the hands of indigenous companies.

JAPAULOI was one of the BAD investment I made. Spend my hard earned income to buy this stock years ago. Till date, no dividend, zero bonus, and above all the stock is valueless now compare to how much was invested.

What is Japaulgold Management and Board doing to halt the sharp drop of the Company's share value on continuous basis? This is not favorable to us the investors. It is highly unacceptable

Japaulgold has a great potential of making investors smile. However, there are certain conscious efforts that can make a Company more valuable to the public thereby driving investors to the shares of such Company. One of the factors is continuous pushing out of positive information concerning the Company. People need to hear about the positive workings of the Company. When the Company acquires a new vessel for instance, the public needs to know about it by way of news. Another information is advertising. Coca Cola is a world brand and does not need to put up ads here and there but you see their ads almost everywhere. Japaulgold should adopt advertising. We need to see billboards of Japaulgold, we need to see TV ads, print ads too. With continuous projection of the Company to the public, the corporate image of the Company is enhanced which invariably results to a positive perspective by investors. This will naturally grow the Company's Capital base. I wish they adopt this for our good - For lots of us that have large investments in the shares of the Company without good returns on investment.

Since Japaul sold their shares I never received anything from them. I bought at the public offer either 2007 or 2008. I bought 50,000 unit no dividend no bonus almost 14yrs ago if all other stocks are like Japaul capital markets would have closed down completely in this country. We invested to gain and enjoy future but Japaul has nothing to give to investors. Investing in Japaul is a waist of money and time.
