Few months ago Justice Okeke in Lagos made it clear that minority shareholders in Oando cannot be coerced or forced to give up their shares in the company. This same judgement also applies to Flour Mills (Qeteri Paribus --other things been equal) Any minority shareholder who doesn't want to off load his holdings in FMN should be left alone. Most investors of this class, and or grades perceive stock investments the way people see marriage. It's for good or for worse. Investment for the children and for those who come after them, chikina!
