Anino International Plc is a publicly quoted Nigerian enterprise with interest in the manufacturing of plastic items and ornaments for personal or industrial purposes, assembling and sales of automobiles, sales of electrical and electronics, civil engineering contracting, and food and beverages. The company was registered as a private limited in June 1981 and began its operations in the same year. The company was publicly listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in August of 1989 after a successful conduct of its public offer.

NOTE: Shares of Anino International Plc have been delisted from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NGX) since close of trading on Friday, October 9, 2020. Anino was traded on the NGX under the ticker symbol “ANINO”. Anino International Plc had a market capitalization of NGN 6.05 million.
