Real Estate Investments Zambia Plc, formerly called Farmers House Plc, is a leading real estate company in Zambia involved in investment, development and restructuring of commercial and non-commercial property for letting. The company, which began as a farmers’ co-operative in the 1920s, was incorporated in 1981 to hold all the real estate assets of the union. Since then, the company has become solely a real estate investment vehicle, eventually getting listed as only the second company on the Lusaka Stock Exchange in 1996. Real Estate Investments Zambia owns over 50,000m² of prime property in Lusaka including the Central Park, Arcades Entertainment and Retail Centre, Dedan Kimathi Road Office, Eureka Park, Abacus Square, and Counting House Square. REIZ, as part of its core mission, seeks to provide a reputable and informed entry point for investors into the premium but diversified Zambian real estate sector.
