The rationale for listing on the JSE is to provide shareholders with regulatory certainty regarding their ability to continue trading in YeboYethu shares. It also provides (1) enhanced liquidity in comparison to the over-the-counter trading platform due to the wider access that buyers and sellers have to professional broking services of JSE members. (2) easier price discovery as JSE prices are published in most major print and electronic financial publications. (3) increased investor protection as a result of the JSE being a regulated market where activities such as insider trading, price manipulation, and false and misleading reporting are monitored and curbed.

YeboYethu (RF) Ltd is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) since August 11th, 2016. YeboYethu is traded on the JSE under the ticker symbol “YYLBEE”.
