SA Corp is one of the oldest established property companies in the South African market. It is a JSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) which owns, through its subsidiary companies, a diversified property portfolio of 193 (2018: 200) properties in the industrial, retail, commercial and residential sectors, located primarily in the major metropolitan areas of South Africa with a secondary node in Zambia comprising three properties in the retail and commercial sectors, in which the Company holds a 50% interest through a joint venture arrangement.
