Rebosis is a listed property REIT which owns a high growth defensive property portfolio. The groupâs portfolio, valued at R15.6 billion, comprises 43 quality grade retail, commercial and industrial properties located in Gauteng, the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and Northwest Province.
At 31 August 2019, nine of these properties valued at R1.7 billion (2018: R1.4 billion) were classified as investment property held for sale.
