During the past 10 years, Trust Bank has won several "Bank of the Year" awards from organizers such as the Banker Magazine (subsidiary of the Business Financial Times) and Global Finance. The bank contributes immensely to Gambia's socioeconomic development in areas such as education (where it sponsors students who have excelled in the Gambia Basic Education Certificate Examination), health, and sports.
