Enterprise Insurance is a pioneering Ghanaian insurance company. It was incorporated on 24th November 2008, becoming the holding company of Enterprise Insurance Co. Ltd (EIC), Enterprise Life Assurance Co. Ltd. (ELAC), Enterprise Trustees Ltd. and Enterprise Properties Ltd. The company was established in 1924, from the early beginnings of the Royal Exchange Assurance when Ghana was the British Gold Coast, and is the oldest insurance company in the country. EIC got listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange in 1991.
