The company was set up in 1965 by Act 286 and is wholly publicly-owned. The Government owns 52% of the shareholding, with the remaining 48% held by the Financial Investment Trust on behalf of the Bank of Ghana. ADB aims to be among the top tier performing banks in Ghana, balancing market orientation with a development focus on agriculture.

    This happens to be Mr. Prince De-Grant Brempong ,I took courses with the Ghana Stock Exchange but for the past two years I had not had any good job , when I apply for a job in the job market I do not receive any good feed back from the companies.
    I want to know the essence of those certificates after the completion of courses with the Ghana Stock Exchange , I have not had any job as at now.
