NewGold is a South African company incorporated and managed from there. Its operation in Ghana is merely to facilitate trading of the GLD ETF debt instrument on the GSE. So there really is no Ghanaian subsidiary but a single operating entity domiciled in SA. Just in case you haven't got it, here is a scanned copy of the press release of the company's 2019 fiscal year statement issued in Accra in June 2019: You can see it's the same as the one issued in Jo'burg.
