      Greetings!

Before you buy Shares in a company, read
5 years of activities in the company's annual report. Look at what the Cocoa market Ghana was. And never invest all your proceeds in one company. I bought 14,000 shares in Cocoa Processing Company in 2012 for the long term until the Ghana Cocos market improves, because companies cannot pay dividends if there are no profits. And even when there are profits, companies can retain the dividends and split the shares so the shareholders earn more shares. At the year 2009, I bought Benso Oil Palm at
GH 1.45 Cedi. Today, the price is now
GH 34.94, but I sold 50% of my shares at
GH 12 Cedi per share in 2017.. I also bought.Fan Milk and other holdings. You must diversify your stock portfolio.

My financial planning advice to you: At the current dirt cheap price of 0.2 peswah per share, great time to accumulate massive amount of shares; 100,000 shares or more and hold. Never buy shares when the hype is up and prices are moving high. Buy low, sell high. Look at Newgold share price: You would not buy at GH 361 Ghana Cedi per share. Financial shares dividend company are more attractive.

The Cocoa market plus this Cocoa Company is competing with 5 other companies in the confectionary market, so those are reasons the company cannot pay dividends.

Wa4ning: Brokers are not financial planners to offer advise on purchasing shares or stocks. They are in the business to earn commission fees on every purchase you order. Other than that, focus on other companies that pay dividends such as MTN.

I will be back in Ghana soon. Thank uou.
