The NewFunds Inflation-Linked Bond Index (ILBI) Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) portfolio has been established with the intention of allowing an investor to obtain market exposure to the Consitituent Securities held in the ILBI ETF Portfolio in an easeily tradable form and to replicate as far as possible the price and yield performance of the Constituent Securities. In other terms, the NEWFUNDS ETF is an index of all the bonds that the government issues that pays back interest linked to the consumer price index (CPI) or inflation. It takes all the money an investor receives back from these bonds on a monthly basis and reinvests it in on their behalf. Thus, the amount that an investor invests in the ETF increases every month.
