Botswana Insurance Holdings Limited (BIHL Group) is a leading financial services group, originally established in 1975. BIHL has been listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange since 1991 and is the holding company for three subsidiaries and holds a stake in two associate companies. The company's strategic goal is to become a broad-based financial services company offering a diverse range of products and services within Botswana and across the Southern African region. In 2015, the company celebrated its 40th anniversary and culminated the year by giving back to 40 CSR initiatives. In the same year, the BIHL Trust also awarded 10 scholarships to young Batswana through the BIHL Trust Thomas Tlou Scholarship.
